Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose
These general terms and conditions govern the booking and temporary rental of apartments managed by Accura snc, headquartered in Palermo, VAT No. 07210530825, through the website https://accurasnc.kross.travel/it/appartamenti and its integrated online booking system (“Booking Engine”).

2. Bookings
A booking is considered valid only upon receipt of the automatic confirmation email sent by the system.
By completing a booking, the guest declares that they have read and fully accepted these terms and conditions of sale.

3. Prices and Payments
All prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT and any other applicable taxes, unless otherwise specified.
Full payment for the stay is required at the time of booking, by credit card, bank transfer, or other payment methods accepted by the booking system.

4. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
All bookings made through the Accura snc website are non-refundable.
Once a booking has been confirmed and paid, no refund—either full or partial—will be issued in case of cancellation, no-show, or early departure. Requests to modify booking dates or the number of guests may be considered at the discretion of Accura snc, but will not, under any circumstances, entitle the guest to a refund.

5. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Check-out: by 10:00 AM
Arrivals or departures outside these times must be agreed upon in advance.

6. Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for the proper care of the apartment and its furnishings. Any damage caused will be charged to the guest. It is strictly forbidden to accommodate a number of people exceeding that stated in the booking, or to host parties or activities prohibited by law.

7. Manager’s Responsibility
Accura snc guarantees that the accommodation will match the description on the website and be available under the stated conditions. However, Accura snc cannot be held liable for events of force majeure, malfunctions, or service interruptions beyond its control.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the court of the location where the property is situated shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to the jurisdiction of the consumer’s domicile where provided by law.
